The wine: Grapes came from old Cabernet Sauvignon vines in the Bottelary Hills of Stellenbosch. 40% of the wine spent 18 months in new 300L French oak barriques and the rest in older barrels. The M-klas Cabernet Sauvignon has a dense, opaque colour, offers top quality Cabernet Sauvignon and tastes like premium Stellenbosch should: layers of dark black fruit and blackcurrant combined with an integrated tannin structure and a velvet mouthfeel.
